My Story
I've been enjoying Scentsy products for about (8) years now (I think?). My sense of smell is the strongest of my (5) senses. My Scentsy warmers are always on. I change the wax scent, based on my mood or my need. It is actually my form of aromatherapy. In September 2014, I had a son. I already have a teenage daughter. Through tears and determination, I fought to get through each day when my son had to go to daycare because my husband and I both work. In 2015 my Mom retired and offered to keep my son. Again, through tears and determination, I got myself to work while leaving him in albeit more than capable hands, but not my hands. Ever since my son was born, I've been trying to find ways to still earn a living, but from home. In 2016, my husband got official orders to return to a ship, he was active Navy. He had to finish his last year of the Navy in VA and was gone for a year. How was I going to manage with our teenage daughter, young son, and go to work all day? The thought of this was terrifying and stressful! I needed to stay home, but we needed two incomes... That's when Scentsy showed up again. I was offered the opportunity to do an on-the-go party. I was told that if the party was $500 or more, then I would earn the $99 initial investment right back. Well, that sounded easy! What did I have to lose? Either I would get $500 in sales and start my own business or I would get some sales and enjoy the hostess rewards. Go figure! I got $500 in sales. My husband has been, and continues to be, a tremendous support, without me even asking!!! Now, 8 years later, at every turn there are more and more signs that point out that I made the right choice. I have been home with our soon ever since! I know I made the right decision by choosing to join Scentsy. I would LOVE to help you start your business and realize your dreams!
